Lloyd S. Sikeba is a dynamic leader and communicator, known for his contributions in leadership, public speaking, and advocacy. A TEDx speaker and Toastmasters leader, he serves as Vice Chairperson of the Delivery Room Foundation and Area G2 Director for Toastmasters Southern Africa. Lloyd is also the President of Seagulls Toastmasters Club and Chairperson of Healing Vocals Choir.

Passionate about mentoring, Lloyd advocates for men, boys, human rights, and mental health. He coaches young people, helping them develop communication skills and navigate challenges. Academically, Lloyd is completing a Master’s in International Relations, Diplomacy, and Management, alongside an Honours degree in Finance Management. His leadership experience includes serving as President of the International University of Management’s SRC (2019-2020). Lloyd’s mantra, “You’re the admin of your life,” reflects his mission to inspire and empower others, making him a sought-after speaker and trainer across Namibia and the SADC region.
